The Senior Manager, Sales Operations is responsible for the management of worldwide pipeline/sales forecasting, bookings and reporting, field sales reporting and commission plan administration and reporting. The Senior Manager, Sales Operations is also responsible for executing and strengthening internal controls and business practices. This position is a highly visible and strategic role as it requires close coordination with executives and other teams across the company such as Sales, Engineering, Marketing and IT. The position reports to the CFO.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with the CFO and Sales Teams to manage the pipeline/forecasting process.
- Maintain, track, analyze and report on bookings and general sales team performance metrics.
- Create dashboards and metrics based on Key Performance Indicators.
- Manage the annual commission plan and quota process, as well as maintaining, tracking, analyzing and reporting commissions.
- Collaborate with Sales on deal terms and conditions
- Work with the Marketing Team in relation to pricing.
- Develop working knowledge of products and partners.
- Develop working knowledge of internal systems and their relation to orders and products.
- Implement and/or improve current processes focusing on automation to scale with business growth.

Experience Requirements
- BA/BS required.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales operations, financial analysis, or similar experience.
- Experience working in a SaaS company required.
- SalesForce.com experience required.
- Very strong Excel skills.
- Experience working with SQL databases a plus
