An AttackIQ Program Manager is a member of the leadership team who will manage and facilitate the delivery and/or operational capabilities to AttackIQ’s product lines. While primarily focusing on delivery for one or two dedicated teams primarily based in Argentina, the ideal candidate will continuously apply a broader touch to support and/or drive cross-functional execution, process & operational improvements, and partnership with Product Management/Owners throughout the entire organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Define and execute program controls, such as the procedure and reporting
- Monitor projects to ensure team plans and execution meet targets
- Plan and monitor program execution
- Document and present program progress
- Drive release lifecycle with teams (planning, execution, new product introduction)
- Identify potential problems or risks of a program, and manage those risks
- Manage interdependencies between projects
- Develop action plans
- Align deliverables with program goals
- Communicate and negotiate with stakeholders
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, and demonstrated effectiveness in managing/driving team productivity in a largely and/or purely virtual working environment across multiple time zones
- Demonstrated ability to consume customer requests and partner with Product Owners to define requirements consumable by Engineering
- Demonstrated ability to manage conflict, negotiate competing priorities and build credibility with technical/engineering staff members and leadership
- Demonstrated self-starter with strong problem-solving skills in a small company environment that is subject to changing priorities and situations – shown to make order from chaos, and align teams towards achieving organizational objectives
- Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives across multiple teams and their dependencies
- Demonstrated ability to effect process change and creation with the right buy in
- Proficiency in the use of analytical, Agile software planning, and office productivity tools
- At least 3-5 years of experience program managing agile development teams in small company environments or equivalent, and demonstrated ability to practically apply Agile methodologies within an organization’s unique product environment and constraints; make processes work for the teams and not the other way around
- Industry experience in cybersecurity is a plus
- Experience with certifications such as SOC2 or ISO 27001 is a plus
The ideal Program Manager candidate will also:
- Have a genuine curiosity, perspective and interest for cybersecurity as well as understanding and solving problems for customers, not just from the teams they work with directly, but other teams and feature groups as well.
- Keep an eye on the big picture, regularly be aware how the pieces are moving together across teams, functions, and initiatives to achieve a common, unified result. Increasingly build the context and experience to see around corners where risks, project-related or product-related, may arise.
- Be a user and tinkerer of their own product and become intimately familiar with the strengths and any gaps, from both a functional and user experience perspective. Build a capability and mindset to make sure new features are credibly reviewed before making it into the team’s product backlog. Build credibility and repertoire with technical team members.
- Have a sense when things are stuck and direct discussions with the right level of assertion to make progress towards decisions and actions. Provide effective visibility of execution progress at the right levels for non-technical audiences. Effectively balance between verbal and written communication, or both, to result in successful alignment, execution, and ultimately customer delight.
