Berkshire Grey is seeking a seasoned Partner Ecosystem Director to join our dynamic team in Rotterdam. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, focusing on addressing supply chain challenges. Your primary responsibilities will be to accelerate BGs growth through structured partner program, sign up new partners, enable them and sell throught them winning new enterrpises. Do you excel building partner ecosystems to develop markets? If so, Berkshire Grey is looking for you to join our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive partner strategy, identifying key partners and fostering relationships.
  • Identify potential partners, and onboard them effectively into the ecosystem.
  • Expand the partner ecosystem by identifying opportunities for new partnerships.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop and close business deals, leveraging expertise to drive revenue growth.
  • Define KPIs for partners and track their performance.
  • Foster relationships, encouraging collaboration and joint initiatives to enhance the ecosystem value proposition.
  • Provide partners with the tools, resources, and training to effectively market and sell our solutions.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of proven sales and partner executive experience.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach.
  • Worked extensively with a partner eco-system to win business.
  • Proficiency in value selling to large enterprise and strategic prospects.
  • Established contacts and relationships in relevant industries.
  • Experience in robotics, warehouse automation, or warehouse management solutions.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in a 2nd or 3rd European language is a plus.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills
