About the Role
Sundae is building its Investor Advisor team to engage with real estate investors. This is an opportunity to develop personally and professionally while working with a fast-paced team that values candor, authenticity, and creativity.As an Investor Advisor (IA), you are responsible for regional investor relationships, relationship management, and supplemental services. The IA also oversees all contract dispositions for their respective Sundae market. You’ll become an expert on our team’s underwriting and field questions about property values and construction budgets.
You will also provide investors access to our in-house, preferred services like financing, resale brokerage, and escrow. This role sits at an exciting cross-section of the business and is directly responsible for company-level revenue KPIs on assigned contracts. You’ll work with members of every team to solve our customers' problems.
Responsibilities
- Prospect new investors and educate them on the benefits of partnering with Sundae
- Manage a comprehensive lifecycle pipeline ranging from investors’ initial research to active clients who buy contracts and services through Sundae.
- Negotiate real estate contracts with investors
- Drive revenue and achieve Sundae’s targeted economics on real estate contracts
- Responsible for generating ancillary revenue through multiple streams of added services
- Cultivate relationships with local real estate investors through meetups, referrals, social media, lead generation, and more
- Maintain a working knowledge of local real estate activity and regulations
- Work directly with management to package learnings and feedback from investor interaction into actionable feature expansion and new product development
About You
- Professional experience in real estate or financial services (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Meticulous sales pipeline management
- Personal interest in real estate and investing (preferred)
- Experience using Salesforce.com (preferred)
- Experience growing a role at an early-stage company (preferred)
Qualifications
- Active real estate license in the state you are conducting business
- 4+ years of demonstrated success in quota-carrying sales roles
- Finance, real estate, or lending-related experience is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred but not required)
Compensation & Benefits
- $125,000+ annual on target earnings (mix of $20k base + uncapped commission)
