About the role: 


This role is to ensure and improve  the customer service for Altium products, to provide sales support, and to find potential opportunities etc.

 A day in the life of our Sales Operations Specialist: 


  • Sales supporting

- Generate/issue license certification, subscription certification and quotation.- Retain all information by centralized filing for sales order related documents- Report the regular data to regional sales- Varied task creation and follow up

  • Research accounts and opportunities

- Process the trial license request from internal and external.- Conduct web searches for potential customers- Update the system with new information and communicate any new information with sales team that will help them prepare for their sales calls- Stock tracking

  • Data management

- Data Checking project spot checking and review- Daily data-related work including data validation, Monitoring, Standardization. Some data entry may be required.- Global data audits on Altium Business systems, such as Salesforce and Intact.- Ensuring data validity within systems to enable global real-time tracking and sales needs/leads analysis.- Data quality validation of customer details and purchasing activities.

  • Provide varied administrative support to the business

- Product pricing, price list updates, tax review & calculation- Testing of sales order processing changes- Carry out general administrative duties as required- Delivery software package & other supportive tasks

Who We’re Looking For


  • 1-2 years’ experience in a Sales Department/Customer Service Organization. Outstanding fresh graduate is considered
  • Knowledge in sales operation system 
  • Be interested in salesforce and willing to learn.
  • Ability to multi task in fast-paced environment
  •  Ability to self-learning
  • Good English written and communication skills, CET-6 is a must, Japanese is a plus
