Founded on the principles of trust, transparency and accountability, we aim to challenge the status quo at every step and are looking for purpose-driven team members to share our journey in redefining the Healthcare data infrastructure.About the role:The Senior Manager of Business Development will be responsible for growing our top of funnel opportunities with Digital Health, Provider Groups, Health Systems, and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs)What you’ll do:
- Work with business development and marketing teams to develop outreach programs using tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Definitive Healthcare platform to develop health plan and health system leads
- Monitor and qualify in-bound inquiries through the website/chatbot and set up appointments with the appropriate business development team member
- Develop proficiency and knowledge of the CertifyOS platform and services to respond to prospective customers
- Attend trade shows and conferences as needed to develop leads and create awareness of CertifyOS and our services.
- Work with internal stakeholders to continuously improve our product and services by providing voice of the customer feedback and insight
- Complete other business development duties as assigned by the BD leadership team
What you’ll need:
- 2+ years of healthcare or healthcare technology experience
- 2+ years of sales experience with a track record of success
- Proficiency using Salesforce CRM
- Bachelor's degree in health related field or communications required
- Ability to demonstrate the following competencies:
