You will play an integral part in developing and executing plans and ensuring customer ROI by advising customers throughout their experience with CertifyOS. As an employee joining the ground floor of this early-stage start-up, you’ll play a key role in helping to design and execute the infrastructure of this growing team. This is a fully remote role and will report to the VP of Operations and Customer Success.What you’ll do:
- Manage the implementation and onboarding process for strategic customer accounts. This includes working cross-functionally with the Tech organization and other key stakeholders.
- Communicate with and present to a wide array of audiences, from C-Suite to the day-to-day operational user, and everyone in between
- Manage full implementation process and lifecycle of enterprise customers as we grow and develop our products to a SaaS platform offering
- Speak to clients with a high-level understanding of APIs, cloud-based software applications, product implementation, and integrations
- Write user stories and create wireframes for the product team, as needed
- Develop a deep understanding of the licensing, credentialing, and payor enrollment universe
- Gather and scope the functional requirements to successfully onboard and drive customer lifetime value with large customers
- Collaborate between all departments of the company
- Manage between 3 to 7 client implementations simultaneously, depending on the complexity and scope.
- Maintain a seamless customer experience and overall satisfaction from the process and the results
- Measure and report on the health of the business.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to improve and troubleshoot customer issues as well as provide feedback on product enhancements

What you’ll need:
- 3+ years of experience in an implementation, strategic or management consulting role. Enterprise SaaS experience preferred
- Strong understanding of licensing, credentialing, and payor enrollment universe
- Proven project management experience and strong ability to gain stakeholder buy-in, including at executive level
- Demonstrated proficiency with systems, spreadsheets, databases, and applications (Google Suite, Airtable, Jira)
- Excellent organizational skills and strong detail oriented mindset
- Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills with the ability to tailor the delivery of a message or training to a variety of audiences
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to interact and collaborate with senior executives, and product and engineering teams both internally and externally.
