Job Overview
We are currently seeking for a level I NOC Engineer with a minimum of 1 year of extensive hands on experience with
Monitoring, Backups and Remote Monitoring Tools.
Responsibilities
- Catch and Dispatch
- Proactively monitor our dashboards
- Monitor backups on a daily basis
- Work with NOC team to resolve backup issues
- Manage Remote Monitoring Tool to streamline operations
- Add automation steps to monitor systems for unattended remediation steps
Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and desktop applications
- Experience with installing, configuring, and administering a broad range of technologies
- Experience with BMC Truesight is a plus
- Experience with ServiceNow is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Citrix, VMware a plus
- Certifications a plus
- Experience with installing, configuring, and administering a broad range of technologies
- Experience Creating & Integrating with REST APIs
- Script writing ability is critical
