Scrum Master
Tasks:
- Set up and prepare the Agile Ceremonies: daily stand up, sprint planning, review and retrospective for different project teams inside Advanced Analytics
- Update the SCRUM board with the progress of the projects and ensure consistency and quality criteria are met
- Introduce in the processes Agile Engineering techniques like pair programming, CI/CD, Design sprints, DevOps etc.
- Conduct educational sessions for Product owners in implementing Agile best practices and improving processes
- Refine the operating model and processes to support several projects
- Constantly measure SCRUM KPIs
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project experience as an Agile Coach / Scrum Master
- Project experience not limited to software development teams only but also with business team (Kanban Focus)
- Project experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe)
- Fluent proficiency in English
Nice to have:
- 3+ years project experience in software development, Data Science or Data Engineering
- Previous project experience within the eHealth and/or digital healthcare sector and/or data science
- Project experience in product management
- Project experience running agile projects of varying size and complexity
