You will play a critical role in managing partner’s relationships and continually discovering and providing value for our partner’s success.With an abundance of unclaimed opportunities ahead of us, you’ll be at the forefront of a team that grows Rhino’s transformative platform to the market on a massive scale.
In this role you will:
- Grow Rhino’s book of business by pitching prospective partners on Rhino’s services, and moving these leads through the sales funnel to close, this is a quota carrying role
- Proactively manage partner relationships from sale through the partner lifecycle
- Host virtual platform training sessions, live product demos, and answer platform functionality support questions with partners
- Drive adoption, setting shared business goals and delivering on success metrics for our partners
- Help create and improve materials and training documentation to demonstrate new product features and educational opportunities.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues that occur, fully own the partner experience
- Assist in gathering client feedback, defining processes, and identifying best practices
- Communicate client insights across all relevant departments to optimize partner experience and add value across their portfolio
- Consistently achieve quantifiable outcomes including partner product adoption, portfolio penetration and growth
We’re ideally seeking:
- 2+ years of experience managing client relationships, ideally at a start-up or real estate company
- 2+ years experience in a quota carrying sales role
- Superb writing and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail in both internal and external interactions
- Great interpersonal skills and a team player
- A burning desire to win and reach overall company goals
- Flexibility - we are disrupting an industry so changes to traditional processes should be expected
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000
Rhino has partnered with a number of compensation benchmarking tools to determine competitive and fair market pay bands for our size and stage. Our goal is to ensure each employee is paid equitably and competitively while also maintaining a consistent and standardized methodology.Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors including qualifications for the role, experience level and balancing internal equity relative to other Rhinos.Base salary is just one part of our Total Rewards Package here at Rhino.
