This position is primarily responsible for designing, organizing, modifying, and supporting Restaurant365’s computer systems and networks, as well as researching and implementing current and cutting-edge technical products and solutions. 

How you'll add value:


  • Install, configure, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot issues with conference room A/V equipment and/or office equipment such as printers, digital signage, and A/V equipment. 
  • Provide technical guidance and support to IT Specialists. 
  • Troubleshoot escalated technical issues to resolution, documenting occurrences, and resolutions. 
  • Continually improve infrastructure through optimization of existing systems, services, and technologies and through research and implementation of new and emerging technologies. 
  • Ensure efficient and secure system operations, including identity protection through conditional access polices and other Microsoft Identity services. 
  • Ensure security of company data; both internally and cloud hosted. 
  • Recommend, schedule, and perform hardware, software, and network improvements, upgrades, configuration changes, etc. 
  • Collaborate with Facilities and Office Management to ensure proper IT infrastructure is in place for expansions, moves, and changes. 
  • Create, maintain, and update technical documentation, physical and logical network diagrams, policies, procedures, user guides, etc. 
  • Support off-site events with a/v setup, tech support, and logistics. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 
  • This job has no supervisory responsibilities. 

What you'll need to be successful in this role:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or an equally relevant field, or an equivalent combination of higher education and relevant work experience.  
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or equivalent are preferred. 
  • 3-5yearsof network administration, or system administration experience. 
  • 2+ years of experience in an end-user facing technical support role. 
  • Proven project management skills, with experience in planning, implementing, and managing IT projects. 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience. 
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. 
  • Expert troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues of Windows PCs, Apple macOS devices, mobile devices, and A/V equipment efficiently.  
  • Knowledge of wireless, wired, and VPN networks and equipment. 
  • Experience with enterprise security policies, access controls, and employee onboarding/offboarding processes.  
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive,etc). 
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 Admin Console, including administration of users and groups, resources, and licensing, billing, and subscriptions. 
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 admin centers, including Microsoft Entra, SharePoint, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Security. 
  • Proficiency with Helpdesk systems configuration and functionality. 
  • Knowledge of MDM technologies such as Microsoft Intune and JAMF. 
  • Experience in any of the following systems are preferred: FreshService, Slack, Atlassian, Monday.com, Torii. 
  • Occasional travel may be required.

  • This position has a salary range of $80K-$100K per year. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
