ABOUT THIS ROLE:
We are looking for a dynamic HRBP to support Circles.Life non-tech organization in a fast paced and rapidly growing start-up environment that is disrupting the telco and tech industry.The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner who can also enjoy scaling day-to-day People & Culture processes and procedures. You will be partnering with the leadership team and wider organization to develop the HR strategy for growing, retaining and engaging the non-tech organization.The right candidate is self-motivated, embedded with the business priorities and is able to develop HR solutions that align with those business priorities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Partner with the P&C center of excellence (COE) to develop and deliver value-added solutions that support the organization business objectives.
- Ensures successful rollout of key P&C programs to the organization which include performance management, talent review, compensation, workforce planning, onboarding, communications, engagement surveys and policy interpretation.
- Collaborate with the wider P&C team members on recruiting projects to meet organization business/hiring needs.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, performance improvement)
- Work closely and on a weekly basis with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale/culture, and increase productivity and retention.
- Handle, mediate, and/or investigate employee matters and complaints. Lead employee meetings, handle conflict negotiation/resolution and provide recommendations to the leaders for (when possible) mutually beneficial closure of issues.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 12+ years of demonstrated success as HRBP supporting business leaders and organization.
- HRBP experience in a mature start-up environment with hyper-growth. Must have strong strategic skills and the ability to move seamlessly from strategic to tactical.
- Day-to-day working experience with HRIS platforms, performance management tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to support organizational and leadership effectiveness.
- Strong knowledge and design skills in change management, organizational design, systems thinking, strategic communications, team dynamics, and coaching.
- Familiarity with employee engagement and performance management best practices trends. Related experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to successfully work with and influence a global, fast-paced organization
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field
