Job Description:


As an P&C Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the People Experience team to enhance our P&C functions and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Onboarding Support:
    • Assist in the coordination and execution of the onboarding program for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
    • Provide administrative support in preparing onboarding materials and assisting new employees during their orientation.
    • Onboard new hire to HR system and raise ticket to IT to ensure their email and Slack is set up

  • Offboarding Administration:
    • Manage offboarding administrative tasks, including scheduling exit interviews, calculating prorated leave balance, sending email acknowledgment of resignations, and reviewing offboarding checklists.
    • Ensure a smooth and respectful departure process for departing employees.

  • Daily HR Administration:
    • Respond promptly and professionally to employee queries and requests, providing accurate information and assistance.
    • Assist in managing insurance registrations and visa applications, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

    • Assist with employment letter preparation.

  • HR Engagement and Communications:
    • Participant and assist with the logistics arrangement for engagement and communications initiatives, including company-wide meetings, town halls, newsletters, and other events that foster employee engagement and communication.
    • Help draft and distribute internal HR communications, ensuring that employees are well-informed about HR policies, benefits, and programs.

  • Intranet Management:
    • Maintain and update the company intranet by regularly refreshing HR content, policies, and resources such as the Employee Handbook.
    • Ensure that the intranet serves as an accessible and organized platform for employees to find HR-related information.

    Qualifications:


    • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
    • Proficiency in Google Suite 
    • An enthusiastic and positive attitude with a genuine interest in HR 
    • Able to commit to the period Oct 2022 to Mar 2023
