About the Role:


Sardine is rapidly acquiring new customers and executing on an ambitious roadmap. As a result, we're building a global post-sales team to support our fraud, payments, and compliance-related products. You'll manage a handful of customers and act as their stakeholder within Sardine, helping maximize the value of our products and services.

You will:



  • Lead implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products.

  • Work closely with clients, offering end-to-end support during their onboarding process, ensuring a seamless setup for success.

  • Own public-facing SDKs, APIs, integration guides, and support documents.

  • Analyze clients' requirements strategically, technically, and functionally, designing solutions with a deep understanding of our system and product capabilities.

  • Manage implementation projects, overseeing project quality, timelines, risk mitigation, and driving deliverables.

An ideal candidate has:



  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Implementation Manager, Integrations Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Solution Architect, System Analyst, or related role.

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience working in the relevant domain (payment, fraud, risk, or compliance)

  • Experience with APIs specs like OpenAPI, web development, and writing scripts to build internal tools (e.g., bash scripting, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, Postman)

  • Experience with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical personas

  • Exceptional analytical skills, adept at number crunching and deriving insights.

  • Natural aptitude for building relationships and collaborative teamwork.

  • Exceptional project management skills, synthesizing inputs, balancing stakeholder needs, and driving deliverables to completion.

  • Experience or a desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

Base pay range of $90,000 - $120,000 + Series B equity with tremendous upside potential + Attractive benefits
