We're seeking a talented Marketing Automations Manager to join our team and lead the charge in building and scaling our marketing operations function. If you're ready to leverage your expertise in marketing automation tools, data analysis, and process optimization to take our marketing efforts to the next level, we want to hear from you.

About You:


  • 5+ years of marketing operations experience
  • Strong proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and other marketing tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of data management and governance best practices.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic coding principles is a plus.

Outcomes:


  • Technology and Tools: Select, implement and manage the marketing technology tools and systems. This would include Customer Relationship Management systems, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools and other software used for data management and reporting. Current systems include HubSpot and Salesforce. 
  • Data Management: Responsible for managing marketing data, including customer databases, lead information, and campaign performance data. This would include data cleansing, integration, and ensuring data accuracy. 
  • Process Optimization: Will own the development and optimization of the marketing process and ensure that marketing teams (especially the Demand Generation team) work effectively. 
  • Analytics and Reporting: Responsible for data analysis and reporting to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies. Also will create reports and dashboards to provide insights for decision-making. 
  • Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and control, ensuring marketing expenses align with the overall marketing strategy. 
  • Marketing Technology Integration: Integrate various marketing technology systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow between CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools. 
  • Attribution Model: Ability to design and implement a sales/marketing attribution model. 
  • Cross Collaboration: Ability to interact, educate, train and influence teams within the organization, including Marketing, Product, Finance and Upper Leadership.

The expected salary range for this position is $91,000 to $139,000. Actual pay will be determined based on several factors such as past experience and qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
