Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of company-level event tracking assets, including setting up event tracking standards, event governance, core user flow event design, new events review, etc.
- Responsible for internal Event Tracking management platform & 3rd-party Event Tracking visualization platform's design and continual user experience optimization.
- Be the final owner of Event Tracking and to make sure user experience analysis and product optimization processes which are based on event tracking are very smooth. Work closely with the PM team, front-end engineers, data engineers and analysts to understand data requirements and provide scalable solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in data related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (3 years+) in data platform management, including design, implementation, and optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of data architecture, ETL processes, and data integration.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
