Your leadership will be pivotal in building and guiding a high-performing sales team focused on expanding our SMB customer base worldwide. This role demands a balance of sales expertise, team management skills, and the ability to adapt process and strategies to diverse markets.

On a daily basis you will


  • Lead and mentor a global team of sales representatives focused on the SMB market.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture, providing regular training and career development opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales processes and strategies tailored to the SMB market on a global scale.
  • Ensure alignment of sales tactics with the company's overall objectives and adapt strategies to regional market dynamics.
  • Set clear sales targets and KPIs, monitoring team performance and providing constructive feedback.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and devise strategies to address underperformance.
  • Drive the acquisition of new SMB clients while nurturing existing relationships to maximize retention and growth.
  • Understand diverse client needs at scale and market trends to offer customized solutions.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success teams to ensure a unified approach to SMB sales.
  • Participate in global initiatives and projects that contribute to overall business growth.
  • Operational Excellence:Streamline sales processes and practices for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Leverage CRM and other sales tools for optimal team performance and reporting.
  • Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Make data-driven decisions to drive sales growth and operational efficiency.

  • Proven experience in sales management, specifically in the SMB sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse, global team.
  • Excellent understanding of SMB market dynamics and sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building strong business relationships.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
