Pumpkin is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to play a pivotal role in empowering our growing sales team to achieve their full potential and drive revenue growth for our pet insurance company. You will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive sales enablement strategies, ensuring that our sales reps are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to succeed. Your expertise will be instrumental in aligning our sales efforts with company goals and optimizing our sales processes.

This will be a remote position with the requirement to travel 25%-30% of the time.


What You'll Do:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales leadership, marketing, and product development, to gather insights and identify enablement needs
  • Create and curate high-quality sales enablement content, including training materials, sales playbooks, and product guides
  • Implement and manage a robust sales enablement platform to ensure easy access to resources for all sales reps
  • Deliver effective sales training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales reps
  • Measure and track the impact of sales enablement initiatives on sales performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest sales enablement trends and technologies to continuously enhance our enablement programs
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales team

What We're Looking For:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales enablement or a related role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs
  • Expertise in creating and curating sales enablement content
  • Experience with sales enablement technology and platforms
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for sales and commitment to helping sales reps succeed

Bonus Points:


  • Experience working in animal health, or in an ‘influencer’ sales model
  • Familiarity with pet insurance or other related financial products
  • Experience utilizing AI or other advanced tools to improve sales efficiency

The compensation for this position ranges from $60,000- $90,000 (annually). Compensation may vary outside the listed range, based on a number of factors including but not limited to location, qualifications, performance, skills and experience. The compensation range listed is just one component of Pumpkin’s total compensation package for employees. Total compensation packages, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, and other short or long-term incentives.

If hired, employees will be in an ‘at-will position’ and Pumpkin reserves the right to modify compensation (as well as any other discretionary payment or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
