Intern Halal Management

Your responsibilities:

Support Halal implementation processes for production and outlet Halal management system in order to be certified officially
Conduct Halal and food safety audits to ensure our partners comply with the requirement
Maintain halal certificate for all products to ensure within a valid halal certification
Any ad hoc tasks given by the management

You are:

Diploma/ Degree in Halal Management/ Halal Compliance/ Food Science and Technology/ Food Services/ Hospitality and Hotel Management or any related field.

Basic knowledge of halal management systems including MYeHALAL. Candidates who obtained Halal Executive Certificate from a registered institute under HPB would be added advantage

Diligent, confidential, and able to follow procedures put in place

Possess own transport would be added advantage

Multi-tasking

Can start immediately
