Who We're Looking For


We’re looking for an experienced full-stack engineer to join our Product Engineering team as a Tech Lead. You’ll work closely across teams to translate stakeholder’s requirements into tangible technical strategies. You’ll take on the role of an empathetic and hands-on leader who will set their team up for success. You’ll have an intimate knowledge of Pulley’s codebase and have the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and contribute code in addition to code review.A key element of your role will be nurturing an inclusive team culture that values open communication, collaboration, continuous learning, and development.💻

Responsibilities



  • Understand and translate business needs into technical goals; and translate technical details into clear requirements that cross-functional stakeholders can understand

  • Make key architectural and technology adoption decisions to help drive the product’s scalability

  • Maintain a high bar for code quality and contribute your own code to the codebase

  • Lead by example, promote a culture of egoless learning, and take on a mentorship role

Qualifications & Fit



  • Experience as a Tech Lead, Staff Engineer, Engineering Lead, or similar

  • A deep understanding or desire to work in Golang and React

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders across a variety of disciplines

Annual Salary Range


$180,000—$210,000 USD
