Relationship Management at Pulley:
We have a team of dedicated and high performing individuals all working towards a common goal- helping founders build their startup from the ground up and scaling with them. The focus of the relationship management organization is to drive expansion revenue, retention and to manage the relationship with founders and other high-level executives in optimizing their usage of the tool and making it easy to grow their business.
What You’ll Do:
Relationship managers drive expansion revenue and retention rates. At Pulley, relationship managers have the unique opportunity to work alongside the Sales and Client Services teams to maintain high retention and Net Revenue Retention and work together towards a common goal. RMs take the responsibility of the customer life cycle post implementation to cultivate a relationship with our power users, sell new functionality, and communicate customer feedback that directly impacts the product roadmap.
RMs are responsible for the revenue growth of accounts.
Responsibilities
Retention and NRR: Maintain high customer retention and Net Revenue Retention rates.
Expand Business: Exceed sales targets for upselling and cross-selling.
Drive Product Adoption: Track how customers use our platform. Encourage broader and deeper usage. Create and implement a clear roadmap for using Pulley's products. Set success metrics and measure business impact.
Portfolio Ownership: Take charge of risk, renewal, and expansion within your customer set. Identify customer risks proactively. Develop plans to mitigate them.
Industry Expert: Keep customers updated on market trends. Build trust with their Development, Engineering, and Product teams.
Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Customer Advocate: Relay customer issues to our engineering, product, and support teams. Work cross functionally to coordinate fixes.
Feedback Loop: Collect customer feedback. Share insights with our product, engineering, and design teams.
Qualifications & Fit:
Previous experience dealing with many high touch accounts in a quickly evolving product and space (ideally 3+ years as a CSM or AM at a top tier SaaS company).
Track record of building processes from zero to one and implementing them
Customer-first driven thinking
Experience with Salesforce (Vitally and Outreach experience is a plus)
Agile self-starter with ability to move quickly and desire to own and be accountable for projects from Day 1
Service-oriented attitude characterized by strong listening skills and the desire to achieve shared success
Incredibly comfortable working cross-functionally, with engineering, product, sales, etc.
Strong communication skills
A hustler mentality is a plus
The US salary range for this role is$100-125k+ USD. The salary for this position is determined by considering various job-related factors, ensuring fair compensation based on location, relevant experience, education, and specific skills and expertise. Salaries are adjusted by location.
