About You and The Role  


Zipline has spent years developing the world's most advanced autonomous delivery platform and serving some of the most deserving communities in the world. We’re looking for a seasoned brand designer with experience crafting impactful brands and designing memorable experiences to join our team and create the future of Zipline’s look and feel. An ideal candidate will thrive working across mediums, and will bring a strategic approach that ties everything together to create cohesive brand experiences.

What You'll Do  


  • Collaborate internally with other creatives, our marketing team, product leaders, engineers, and more to evolve the Zipline brand and create compelling experiences
  • Collaborate externally with agencies and manage designers and contractors
  • Own and drive projects forward and come up with creative solutions to challenging problems
  • Design web pages, packaging, email campaigns, billboards, and any other mediums that play a role in our customer experience.
  • Take ownership of the look and feel of our brand, and be an ambassador for great design

What You'll Bring 


  • 7+ years of brand design experience at an agency, in-house, or both; a background in digital/web-design is a plus
  • A strong understanding of brand design fundamentals and a set of complementary skills across illustration, UX, art direction, video, and more
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with peers in marketing and others across an organization 
  • Experience managing designers, contractors, and agencies 
  • A strategic mindset; you care as much about the why as the how and your work is rooted in a deep understanding of our customers and their motivations

What Else You Need to Know   


The starting cash range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000. Please note that this is a target, starting cash range for a candidate who meets the minimum qualifications for this role. The final cash pay for this role will depend on a variety of factors, including a specific candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, working location, and projected impact.
