About the Role
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of crafting and implementing marketing campaigns, using both digital and traditional channels to connect with and grow our customer base. You'll work closely with various teams, blending creative development with data-driven analysis to refine and optimize our marketing efforts. The role requires a mix of creativity, data analysis, and hands-on execution to drive business growth.
Marketing Manager (Role Objectives)
- Lead and manage marketing campaigns across various channels to educate, engage, and drive sales.
- Develop and implement strategies for segmenting and personalizing customer interactions
- Test out or experiment ABM strategies in partnership with our Sales team to engage new business and key accounts.
- Collaborate with external content writers and designers to generate compelling assets (blog posts, videos, emails, etc.) that resonate with our target audience.
- Oversee all aspects of email campaigns, including promotional, transactional, and triggered events.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives with relevant stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with emerging digital trends, technologies, channels, and opportunities to maintain competitive advantage and innovative marketing approaches.
- Manage the marketing tech stack, including Hubspot; integrate new systems as needed.
- Manage and update the website and social media channels (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube), by creating content with the help of content and design resources.
- Assist the VP of marketing with various tasks, as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4 years experience in demand generation or growth marketing
- 4 years experience managing multiple marketing campaigns with demonstrable results
- 4 years experience in roles requiring high-level communication and organizational skills
- 4 years experience working with marketing automation tools
- 3 years experience working with Hubspot or other CRM system
- Demonstrated track record of effectively working with, and reporting on performance metrics
Preferred Qualifications
- 4 years experience within the B2B technology industry
- 3 years experience working in a highly collaborative, remote-first work environment
- 2 years experience working in a start-up environment
