About the role:


With our global footprint and hyper-growth, one of Snappr’s top priorities is to offer an unparalleled level of support to our customers and photographers. As the Learning & Development Manager, you will be challenged to design, implement, and oversee comprehensive training programs that align with organizational goals. Your focus will be on elevating employee skills, emphasizing improvements in communication, analytics, leadership, productivity, and product knowledge. This pivotal role is instrumental in advancing the capabilities and performance of our global team through dedicated professional development initiatives.

What you'll do:


  • Create and deploy innovative training programs tailored to the diverse needs of our global workforce.
  • Align training initiatives strategically with the organizational vision.
  • Analyze each team's productivity, product knowledge, and communication quality, and identify areas for improvement 
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing employee productivity through well-designed training interventions to optimize workflow efficiency. 
  • Targeted training modules to elevate the quality of communication and analytics skills among employees.
  • Implement programs dedicated to nurturing and reinforcing leadership skills across various organizational levels.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to potential leaders.
  • Ensure employees possess comprehensive knowledge of Snappr's products and services.
  • Develop and update training materials to align with evolving product updates.
  • Manage the Learning Management System to facilitate the effective delivery, tracking, and reporting of training programs.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices in training and development.
  • Hustle - take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done

What you'll need:


  • Candidate must have a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Training Manager leading a team of trainers and leading coaching sessions
  • Exceptional data analytics skills to assess areas for improvement and measure the impact of your initiatives
  • Experience with creating and optimizing training processes
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and training-related technologies.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Creative thinking and adept problem-solving abilities.
