In this role you will
Be responsible for:
- Technical Issue Resolution: Take a lead role in solving complex technical problems reported by clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of Rivery's platform and providing innovative solutions.
- Python Scripting: Troubleshoot customer scripts on the Rivery platform and develop Python scripts to enhance the efficiency of technical support processes, contributing to automation initiatives within the team.
- Automation Tools Development: Build automation tools tailored for the support team, streamlining workflows and improving overall efficiency in issue resolution.
- Escalation Point: Act as an escalation point within the team, providing technical guidance and expertise to address challenging issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Knowledge Base Enhancement: Contribute to the enhancement of the knowledge base by creating technical resources, documentation, and best practices to empower both clients and team members.
- Collaboration with Product Teams: Work closely with product development teams to provide valuable insights from a technical support perspective, influencing product improvements.
- Training and Mentoring: Provide technical training and mentorship to support team members, fostering continuous learning and skill development.
Required skills
- Minimum 3 years of technical support experience, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Proven troubleshooting skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for conveying technical information to non-technical users.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple support cases efficiently.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of SQL and database technologies.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages.
- Strong technical background in data integration, ETL processes, cloud-based platforms, and APIs.
Additional Qualifications:
- Team player comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Eagerness to stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
Rivery Offers
The target compensation range for this role: $80,000 - $110,000. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the individuals skills, experience, qualifications, geographical location, and our business needs and objectives. Our overall compensation packages include base salary, equity and the benefits and perks listed below:

- This position provides the option of a hybrid work model, with two days spent at our New York, NY offices on 7th Avenue, and the remaining time working remotely from any location.
