Right now, we are looking for a Demand Generation Program Manager to join our team at KNIME in Berlin, Konstanz or remote in Europe.*
Who you are
You’re a lover of all things inbound, with 3-5 years of experience in B2B demand generation roles. You are detail-oriented and able to move quickly on a smaller team, and you don’t mind taking the lead on new things. You’ve definitely used one or more of these tools: HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, or Drip.You get excited about spinning up landing pages and digital ad campaigns and know exactly what someone means when they mention “hidden fields” on their forms. UTMs are your friends, and you’ve never met a workflow that you couldn’t master.You might not be very familiar with the data science industry, but that’s okay because we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
Besides, your B2B marketing experience has already given you the tools you’ll need to be successful.
That’s the job
You will take the lead on planning & running integrated campaigns for the KNIME Marketing team, working in tandem with Product Marketing and Events teams. Here’s what the job will entail:
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive leads through the sales pipeline
- Planning and executing A/B testing strategies across channels
- Working with our Product Marketing team in content planning and development to target audiences across all funnel stages
- Using HubSpot to build workflows, analyze campaigns, and build campaign audiences
- Working alongside digital marketing professionals to maximize reach and optimize conversions in our paid social & digital channels
- Monitoring and optimizing campaigns & programs
- Measuring and analyzing campaign performance
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline.We use HubSpot as our marketing engine alongside Salesforce, so relevant experience is a plus. Experience with third party vendors and agencies is preferred.
This job can be done anywhere, but we have a strong preference for our office in Konstanz or Berlin, Germany to be more aligned with our Product Marketing team.
