About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. As an integral part of our sales force, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing relationships with primary care providers. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling our cognitive assessment solutions, ultimately contributing to the improvement of patient outcomes in the realm of cognitive health.


Key RequirementsIn this role, you will be expected to drive growth in our territory. You will own your pipeline from top-of-funnel, prospecting physician practice leads, that you ultimately work through the sales cycle to close. Healthcare experience is required, specifically experience as an outside sales representative selling SaaS, products, or services to physician practices. 


Responsibilities: 


  • Sales Target Achievement:
  • Achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the company.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed performance metrics.

  • Business Development 
  • Identify, prospect, and establish relationships with primary care providers, clinics, and healthcare organizations.
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence and reach

  • Product Presentation and Demonstration: 
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our cognitive assessment solutions to healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the features and benefits tailored to the needs of primary care providers.

  • Relationship Building:
  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within primary care settings.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

  • Market Intelligence:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the digital health and cognitive assessment space.
  • Provide valuable feedback to the product development team based on market insights and customer interactions.

  • Experience using Salesforce, Google Workspace, and other sales enablement tools are preferred
