Put your love of blockchain infrastructure and Linux system administrator skills to work. Join our team and help us build and maintain the web3 infrastructure for The Graph.You will be responsible for ensuring developers can use our infrastructure for The Graph and that it is operating smoothly. New blockchains continue to be launched and The Graph tech stack is under regular development. You need to be curious to try out new things when they become available and send feedback on operational challenges to the developers.
You will also support customers and add new blockchains as they become supported.You will be part of the team which manages all of the on-premise and cloud infrastructure needed to support multiple web3 related projects. You will build and support new solutions, as well as improve the automation and resiliency of the already deployed stack. Our team is small, but growing quickly, and you will have the opportunity to dive into many different things.
Requirements
You must:
- Be interested to work with a wide variety of open source technologies
- Be comfortable performing day-to-day Linux system administrator tasks (Debian or Ubuntu)
- Be able follow development issues on external projects and then apply patches and automate deployments with scripting
- Have strong communication skills written and verbal in English to be comfortable to interact with both internal and external developers and customers
- Have excellent customer service skills over the phone and via chat / email
- Be a multitasker with strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills
- Have good time management skills with the ability to work independently
- Have a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science
