Responsibilities
- Build a camera tracking system for drones
- Scope the project with the help of the team, collect requirements
- Produce a trade study, followed by a design doc for a first version
- Build the system end-to-end and test it with a test drone
- Rinse and repeat to improve on the previous version
- Collaborate/communicate with engineering and flight testing
- Stretch: build the backend system to collect videos
- Stretch: integrate with internal log review tool
Requirements
- BSc. or MSc. student in CS, EE, Robotics or Mechatronics
- Experience with robotics and programming
- Curious and willing to learn
- Drive to deliver results
- Must be an awesome and friendly individual
- Bonus points if you have experience with drones, cameras, servos, telemetry
