Position Summary: Sr. Manager, Channel AnalyticsThe Sr. Manager, Channel Analytics will be responsible for translating complex data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving the commercial success of our products. Reporting to the Director of Data Strategy and Analytics, the role involves oversight of SP data, communication with internal trade partners, data analysis for business reviews, and internal insight generation across pilot programs, Channel digital solutions, and enhanced services.Job Responsibilities:Daily Oversight of SP Data: In partnership with AD, Commercial Data Management teammate, manage daily oversight of SP data, specifically focusing on identifying delayed or potentially missing records and communicating with internal trade teamCommunication with Trade Partners: Identify and communicate with trade partners (i.e.
SP’s and SD’s) in collaboration with Madrigal trade regarding data discrepancies, patients stuck in the channel, and any bottlenecksChannel Partner Business Reviews: Own production, review, and summary of monthly and quarterly Business Review insights in collaboration with Madrigal TradeInternal Insight Generation: Generate internal insights across Channel pilot programs I.E., digital solutions and enhanced services.
