We own the technology, processes, and data that drive efficiencies across the customer journey. The team is stacked with technical, hardworking ops folks—you’ll gain exposure to the entire customer lifecycle while bringing your Sales Ops expertise to life through custom solutions, meaningful data and insights, and optimized processes.The Sales Operations Manager RoleYou should love building, measuring, documenting, and iterating on processes to help sales teams increase performance, effectiveness, and efficiency. You are quick with Excel or GSheets and keen with analytics and insight. You know how to build a world-class dashboard that is easy to read and helps sales managers improve their coaching and execution. Moreover, you are skilled at identifying problems and designing and implementing solutions—and know how to leverage technology to produce results. You are a highly independent worker, but know how to collaborate cross-functionally. You enjoy being in fast-growing environments where challenges are abundant and you adapt quickly to changes. What You'll Be Doing


  • Manage all reporting for sales, including individual rep performance, team dashboards, and exec-level reporting
  • Support the management team by leading relevant analyses and offering actionable insight into areas of opportunity
  • Focus on improving process efficiency and effectiveness across our entire sales funnel
  • Implement new initiatives and strategies with the sales team
  • Work closely with Marketing and Marketing Ops to put new Marketing + Sales programs in place, with a keen eye on measuring results and impact
  • Managing territory assignment and lead allocation across the sales floor, and will work closely with sales leadership on our evolving GTM strategy
  • Work with your colleagues in RevOps to ensure we’re optimizing our tech stack and processes, always looking to extract more value from our systems
  • Work with the entire Revenue Operations team to improve outcomes and integrations across the business; you will be the Sales voice in the room as we aim to break down silos across our buyers’ journey

What We're Looking For


  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an accredited University
  • 2-4 Years experience in a Sales Operations Role at a SaaS company
  • Prior experience using Salesforce CRM and sales engagement tools
  • Experience using Excel or GSheets at an advanced level is a must (SQL is a plus) - must be comfortable working with large datasets
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and provide simple solutions
  • Organized and able to manage a large volume of tasks independently
  • Ability to manage projects from concept through implementation
  • Strong familiarity with the buyer journey, the lead to opportunity lifecycle and the B2B “funnel”

Other Details:


  • This is a full-time, remote position 
  • We expect employees to be able to travel within North America up to 1-4 times a year for in person gatherings
