We have a strong team mentality and a desire to work hard and win to support our customers.The Sales Enablement Specialist RoleYou’ll play a crucial role in supporting the Sales team by developing and implementing internal-facing sales enablement tools and resources.

As a key member of the Sales team, you will collaborate closely with Sales leadership, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to ensure the Sales team is equipped with the necessary knowledge, materials, and processes to execute strategies (“plays”) effectively. Your primary goal will be to empower the Sales team to exceed their targets and provide outstanding service to our customers. You will report to the Sales Project Manager and ensure cross-functional coordination functions highly in service to getting the sales team what they need.

What You'll be Doing:


  • Sales Enablement Tool Development: With guidance from the Sales Project Manager and Pre-Sales Engineer you’ll design, create, and maintain internal-facing sales enablement tools, such as playbooks, sales scripts, training materials, and resources. These tools will be tailored to address the unique needs of the early childhood industry and help Sales representatives excel in their roles.
  • Play Execution Support: Collaborate with Sales leadership to understand the specific plays required to achieve business objectives. Provide the Sales team with the resources and guidance necessary to successfully execute these plays in the field.
  • Continuous Play Improvement: In collaboration with the Sales Project Manager, gather feedback from Sales representatives in the field and work with cross-functional teams to analyze the effectiveness of existing plays. Refine and enhance play materials based on real-world feedback to continuously improve sales performance and results.
  • Training and Onboarding: Deliver training sessions as guided by the sales project manager, and prioritize how to make our onboarding and training program scalable, effective and efficient. Ensure new Sales hires are onboarded efficiently and equipped with the necessary resources to be productive quickly.
  • Sales Process Optimization: In collecting feedback and data from the revenue team, compile and share with Sales Project Manager and Revenue Operations teams to identify opportunities to streamline sales processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall productivity.
  • Content Management: Maintain and update a centralized repository for all sales enablement content, ensuring easy access for Sales team members and facilitating seamless updates and version control. Be the point person for Gong and Guru as knowledge management and sales enablement tools.

  • Experience with sales of SaaS and physical goods. 
  • Detail oriented, able to distill complex information into digestible formats.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities at once. Willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills. Propensity to always want to learn and improve processes.

Other Details:


  • This is a full-time, remote position.
  • We expect employees to be able to travel within North America up to 1-4 times a year for in person gatherings.
