What You’ll Be Doing:


  • The role is a balance of managing demos set up by our Business Development Team along with cold calling decision-makers at childcare centers to source your own leads  
  • In both instances you will be responsible for discovery, presentation, negotiating & closing as well as showcasing the tremendous value HiMama provides & getting people excited
  • Consistently meeting monthly, quarterly and annual team targets as well as individual

What We’re Looking For:


  • 2-4 years of experience in a transactional Sales role, preferably in the Ed Tech/Educational industry, or Curriculum Sales
  • Personable & confident attitude along with excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Growth minded, a continuous learner, perpetually excited to refine their skills & set bigger goals 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to create & foster relationships with customers 
  • A collaborative team player who values others’ talents, insights & input
  • Tenacious & resilient with the ability to push past hurdles to achieve targets
  • Experience in Ed Tech sales or experience and/or knowledge of Early Childhood Education or experience in sales with a mission driven organization with a strong emphasis on social impact

Nice to Have:


  • Experience in SaaS is a plus
  • Experience with a transactional/fast B2B sales process is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and G-Suite is a plus

Other Details:


  • This is a full-time, remote position with a preference for folks in PST or MST
  • We expect employees to be able to travel within North America up to 1-4 times a year for in person gatherings
