This Part-Time position is located onsite in our Boca Raton Showroom. Only local candidates will be considered.

Aroma360 is continuously raising the bar for healthy scenting solutions in the industry!The Customer Service Representative will be the liaise between Customers, Sales and other Operational functions to ensure clear and accurate communication, process transactions, amend requirements, give prompt resolution to questions and address issues raised to enable the Operational team to deliver and satisfy the Customer.

In this role, you will participate in the return and exchange process to ensure our customers have a good experience. You will also assist the Floor Sales Agents in new potential sales.

Responsibilities:


  • Inspect returned merchandise, checking for quality and condition of product
  • Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and handle high-pressure situations effectively
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including MS Office suite and the ability to quickly learn new software applications
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle complex return situations
  • Other duties assigned by manager

Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience with MS Office and other POS systems
  • Able to process returns or exchanges at a fast and steady pace.
  • Focus and remain on task in a fast paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in a retail or e-commerce

Part Time Hours


  • M-F 11am-4pm
  • In our Boca Raton Showroom located in Mizner Park
