We are looking for Customer Support Coordinator who can facilitate the relationship between vFairs and its clients by delivering world class customer support, he/she will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that clients might face with accuracy and efficiency. We need someone who is willing to work from Wednesday till Sunday in

EST time zone.


RESPONSIBILITIES


▪ Responsible for the provision of exceptional customer support through email and chat support.▪ Handle customer complaints; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.▪ Promptly respond to customer inquiries submitted via email and chat support.▪ Document the customer interaction in the Complaint Management System.▪ Collect customer feedback and share with appropriate departments and team members.▪ Maintain updated knowledge of all company products and services to provide adequate education to customers.▪ Follow communication procedures, quality guidelines, and policies.▪ Work with Customer Support Manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered

JOB SPECIFICATIONS


▪ Bachelor’s Degree required.▪ Excellent command over English.▪ Possess professional written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills▪ Work requires willingness to adopt a flexible schedule▪ Chat support or customer service experience preferred▪ Ability to maintain close attention to detail and accuracy▪ Ability to use the online systems comfortably and skillfully▪ Ability to cope in and manage high stress work environments▪ Flexibility to work different shifts (including evenings, weekends, or holidays)▪ Dedication to customer satisfaction▪ Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
