We're thrilled to announce that we're looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team here at Aroma360!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the production tracking of all new products to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic communication with suppliers to preemptively address and prevent potential delays in production and shipping.
- Collaborate with freight forwarders and suppliers to coordinate the collection and shipment of new products efficiently.
- Liaise with warehouse management and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to guarantee seamless delivery and handling of goods.
- Administer financial transactions related to product movement, ensuring accuracy in balance payments.
- Monitor all purchase orders (POs) to maintain updated tracking information, and manage production sample requests to meet quality assurance standards.
- Confirm suppliers are well-informed of shipping requirements, including labeling and international standard codes.
- Strategize on logistics planning for split shipments to optimize delivery processes.
- Provide comprehensive weekly updates on new product purchase orders to relevant stakeholders.
- Keep precise records of production and shipment statuses, ensuring transparency and proactive issue resolution within the team.
- Generate new stock keeping units (SKUs) and bill of materials (BOMs) for product development purposes in the company's inventory system.
- Execute additional tasks as necessary to support the supply chain operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in supply chain coordination or logistics management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions concerning supply chain activities.
- Demonstrated capacity to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
