At GrowMore Recruitment, we are seeking a talented Social Media Coordinator with experience in digital marketing to join our team. You will play a crucial role in creating engaging and impactful content, managing our social media presence, and ensuring effective communication with our audience. Your writing skills, attention to detail, and ability to connect with our target audience will be key in promoting our services and attracting top talent for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Write compelling and persuasive posts, ads, articles, and how-to content that resonate with our audience.
- Translate previously written texts to Georgian to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and respond to comments and private messages on social networks, representing our company in a professional and engaging manner.
- Collaborate with external vendors for print production and event organisation when necessary.
Requirements:
- Native fluency in Georgian, with strong writing skills to produce compelling content
- Proficient in English (B2 level) to understand and interpret texts written by our copywriter
- Basic knowledge of Russian (A2 level) to facilitate communication within the team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
