About the role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to work with our clients’ corporate department made up of international Project Managers with a focus on corporate systems, standardisation and procedures, processes automation, efficiency programs, project risk monitoring, project management, quality and continuous improvement, BI and KPI coordination with finance and several business units. The team is very knowledgeable and always eager to grow, doing things the right way whilst being aligned with the corporate values which include innovation and continuously empowering their people.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure that all IT projects are correctly planned, verifying that their management and execution is carried out within the defined processes
- Support the systems and processes department to define standards, procedures, and management methods and ensure its compliance
- Establish roadmaps, manage programs and define KPIs in order to report status and progress of ongoing projects at C-level
- Participate in processes, automation and scalability projects between different countries
- Create project documentation and engage with Project Management, Systems Requirements, Design and Development & Quality Assurance
- Guaranteeing the overall efficiency of the processes by organising process review & approval sessions involving the right level of the company responsible to make sure that the processes are well documented and published on the relevant site
- Maintain deep knowledge of industry standards, methodologies, processes and best practices
What we’d like you to bring:
- You have previous experience managing Technology consulting projects focused on Systems, Software Development, Infrastructure, and/or IT
- You have demonstrated project management experience to manage multiple priorities in a highly matrixed organisation
- You have previous experience in processes implementation and automations
- You possess high standards, are methodical, and work to ensure that all processes and documentation are fulfilled accordingly
- You have previous experience in financial planning, monitoring, cost control, schedule management and reporting
- You have a C1 level in English and have experience working with international teams
What other skills do we value?
- You have previous experience working in PMOs and have worked on international projects
- You have a certification in the field of processes or project management (PMP, AIIM BPM Certificate, ABPMP’s Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP®), IIBA, PMI-PBA)
- You are familiar with the following platforms: Tableau, Salesforce, Jira, SAP, GWS
- You possess strong analytical skills, and experience in project and program management and process improvement
- You have knowledge in reporting and planning
- You know how to analyse data and prepare reports for internal meetings, forums, client and management committees
