WHAT YOU'LL DO:You’ll be our hands-on pro for commercial HVAC tasks. From installing to fixing and keeping chillers, air coolers, heaters, and more in check across different sites. Yes, travel's on the table, with some overnights thrown in.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

• Spot the issues, propose the fixes, and ballpark the costs.
• Get down to repairing, keep tidy records, and play by the rules.
• Regular check-ups? That's on you, to avoid bigger headaches.
• Shut down systems for repairs or part swaps when needed.
• Stay chummy with big suppliers, and have spare parts at the ready.

PERKS OF THE GIG:

• Roll in a company vehicle.
• Stay connected with a company cell phone and tablet.
• Sometimes, a company credit card for the job-related spends.

BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Solid commercial HVAC know-how with some real-world play.
• Got NATE or Niagra certs? Big plus.
• You’re packing HVAC/EPA licenses.
• Techy drawings and schematics? You read them like comics.
• Got your own tools? Bring ‘em.
• Must be able to pass a Federal Background Check and a drug test.
• Must have a clean driving record and active driver's license

GEEK OUT ON:

• Basic math and the refrigeration and heating cycles.
• Reading advanced wiring diagrams and rocking a multi-meter.
• Mastering the temp and humidity in AC units.

THE PHYSICAL BITS:

• Lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, and standing or sitting for a while.
• Suit up with Personal Protective Equipment when it’s the drill.=

OTHER STUFF:

• Local travel is part of the scene.
• Stay on top of tasks to meet the deadlines.
