About the Role:
As a Director of Paid Marketing your key role will be to provide strategic leadership and direction in driving the organization's paid marketing initiatives. This senior-level position will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing all aspects of paid search, paid social, and other paid media campaigns to achieve key business objectives.What will you do:- Provide strategic direction for paid marketing initiatives, aligning them with overall business objectives.- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive paid marketing strategies.- Oversee and manage keyword bids, daily and monthly budget allocations, and other financial aspects of paid campaigns.- Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.- Conduct in-depth analysis of account metrics, including but not limited to impression share, Ad Rank, Quality Score, and other key performance indicators.- Utilize analytical tools to derive insights and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.- Implement and oversee conversion tags on Google Tag Manager and other relevant platforms to facilitate comprehensive funnel generation.- Develop and execute strategies to enhance conversion rates across various campaigns.- Conduct thorough competitor analysis and research to create relevant keyword lists.- Drive initiatives to improve search results and increase brand visibility through strategic keyword planning.- Spearhead the creation of compelling ad copies and graphical ad templates.- Provide creative direction and innovative suggestions to enhance the overall impact of advertising materials.- Manage Display network placement lists on Google Ads and other contextual advertising platforms.- Optimize placements to maximize visibility and reach target audiences effectively.- Provide strategic recommendations and execute initiatives related to campaign structuring, targeting, and other facets of paid search.- Identify and capitalize on keyword opportunities to enhance overall campaign performance.- Generate and maintain comprehensive reports for all campaigns, tracking relevant metrics.- Implement optimization tactics based on data insights to improve overall return on investment.What we are looking for:

Must have:


- Degree in Marketing or Business Administration- 8-10 years of Leadership Experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and PPC - B2B SaaS / Tech marketing experience, meeting pipeline/revenue targets- In-depth knowledge of Paid Search and industry trends.- Advanced analytics skills; extensive experience with PPC ad platforms.- Track record managing large-scale PPC accounts- Strong team leadership and collaboration skills.- Clear communication of complex marketing strategies.- Effective budget management; proven results-driven approach.- Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
