Your Impact
The Manager, Business Intelligence is responsible for leading Business Intelligence Analysts, managing data analysis, driving the development of data pipelines, and facilitating the generation of data-driven insights which shape decision-making across the organization. They play a critical part in developing and implementing Business Intelligence strategies and ensuring the availability of accurate and actionable information for key stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Team Leadership: Manages and mentors the Business Intelligence team, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Analyst Development: Teaches analysts the business acumen, data modeling, quantitative methods, and technical skills needed to effectively interact with the company’s data.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Oversees data analysis and interpretation, transforming complex data sets into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
- Report and Dashboard Development: Collaborates with business leaders to drive development of reports and dashboards via development by BI analysts
- BI Tools and Platforms: Evaluates and implements Business Intelligence tools and platforms to enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities
Who You Are
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, or related roles.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or AWS QuickSight.
- Experience in developing data pipelines within relational databases
- Experience in team management
- Experience working with SLT or C-level leaders
- Strong knowledge of business intelligence concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills for conveying complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- General knowledge of micro-economics

- Hands on Experience with Python development.
- Hands on experience developing data pipelines using DBT.
- Experience driving data warehouse development requirements.
