The Partnerships Manager will play a crucial role in identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships to drive business growth, improve customer experience and enhance our market presence. As the first Partnerships Manager at CoreWeave, you will have the opportunity to build out our partnership ecosystem while directly impacting revenue across our current customer base & pipeline.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of establishing and nurturing successful partnerships, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strategic mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage key technology partnerships across the AI ecosystem
- Assess the viability and strategic fit of potential partnerships based on company goals and objectives.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and other teams to align partnership activities with overall business strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to leverage partnerships for business growth and revenue generation.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of partnerships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative partnership strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Experience with AI market and ecosystem & Cloud market and ecosystem.
The base pay for this position ranges from $145,000/year up to $175,000/year. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
