Your Job


Manage the recruitment activity and employer brand of Sparteo.To specify

  • Recruitment of new talents:
  • Pitching needs with managers to draft the job description, designing and implementing the recruitment process, and creating interview kits.
  • Using creative and effective sourcing methods to attract qualified talents. This may include leveraging social networks, participating in industry events, and building relationships with potential talents.
  • Presenting the Sparteo adventure, checking alignment with our culture, motivations, and employability of candidates during HR interviews. Conducting salary negotiations.
  • Overseeing the entire recruitment process to ensure a smooth pace and timely feedback to candidates.
  • Ensuring the systematic completion of our ATS.

  • Onboarding of new employees:
  • Organizing the first days in the company with the manager and the future collaborator. Collaborating with the manager to implement an effective onboarding program.
  • Supporting new collaborators in their role within Sparteo. Conducting initial follow-ups.

  • Employer Brand Animation:
  • Contributing to the development and promotion of an attractive employer brand. Working on the company's reputation as an employer of choice in the technology sector.
  • Managing social networks and other events.
  • Talent Pool Animation:
  • Anticipating future/recurring needs and creating proactive recruitment plans.
  • Maintaining an active talent pipeline and building relationships with potential candidates, even if they are not immediately available.
  • Management:
  • Defining the recruitment strategy, particularly recruitment channels, creating partnerships with schools and external agencies, and using innovative recruitment tools.
  • Ensuring the efficiency of recruitment processes and adherence to application processing deadlines.
  • Managing the in-house team and external recruitment agencies.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators of the recruitment process. Using this data to identify potential improvements and continuously optimizing recruitment efforts.
  • Staying informed about trends, especially salaries in our markets. Using this information to proactively adjust the recruitment strategy.

  • Recruit collaborators regardless of their level and expertise.
  • Recruit based on profiles.
  • You have participated in or led the deployment of employer branding.
  • Your proficiency in French and English enables you to conduct interviews independently, successfully conveying and capturing all the nuances that are crucial in recruitment.
