Flashbots started in 2020 as a research and development organization formed to mitigate the negative externalities and existential risks posed by Maximal Extractable Value (MEV). What you’ll do
Develop key components of Flashbots' core products like Flashbts Protect, MEV-Boost, Mev-Share, the Flashbots Builder and future offerings
Create detailed technical documentation and diagrams for public use, enhancing the understanding and accessibility of our products
Build and maintain public API services and user-friendly tools supporting the Flashbots ecosystem
Implement robust tests to ensure the quality and stability of our offerings
Engage with the community, addressing technical issues and fostering open collaboration
Who you are
Proven experience in production systems using Golang or Rust to a high standard
Proficient in working asynchronously, both in teams and independently
Adaptable, accountable, and focused on high-impact solutions.
T-shaped skills, with depth in a specific area and breadth across multiple domains
Nice-to-have is deep familiarity with the Ethereum ecosystem, experience across the Ethereum stack, and contributions to open-source projects
