There are no typical profiles, every team member shares our vision and wants to be part of its success.  As a Sales & Business Developer, you will be our newest team member and a part of our existing DACH sales team which is currently made of 3 superstars: Maria, Svenja, and Tobias.  

Your key responsibilities will be to: 🤓


  • Generate new sales and business to meet your monthly quota
  • Overall responsible for the whole sales cycle from Prospecting to booking and conducting meetings, negotiation to closing. 
  • Be able to generate your qualified leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and using other social networks such as LinkedIn.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success 
  • Develop and maintain both product and industry knowledge 
  • Co-develop the Go-to-market strategy for the DACH markets

  • 🌎 Is fluent in both English and German
  • 👨🏻‍💻 Has previous experience in B2B sales (with SaaS/HR platforms is a plus)
  • 💰 Familiar with outbound sales 
  • 💪 Has the will to push hard and keep high activity
  • ☀️ Has a positive and caring attitude
