Product Designer
Location: Omaha or RemoteWorkshop is looking for a driven Product Designer to help us craft high-quality products that our customers love. Successful Product Designers are critical thinkers, excellent communicators, great collaborators, and have a high-quality bar for their craft.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least 1-2 years of product design experience to be part of an exciting software-as-a-service (SaaS) business. We are on pace to substantially grow in 2024, but need motivated and determined product designers to reach our goal.
As a Product Designer, you will:
- Design high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Craft every detail of new product features, from idea to UX to pixel-perfect execution.
- Iterate on designs based on usability testing, feedback, and data-driven insights.
- Run projects end-to-end with engineers to drive your vision across the finish line.
- Partner closely with our Customer Success, Sales and Marketing teams to understand what each of our diverse user segments need, want, and love about Workshop. Use this data and acquired intuition to prioritize, plan, and scope our product roadmap
- Create new design patterns that are intuitive and practical
