Here are the problems you’ll be solving


Grocery TV is reinventing how retailers and brands connect with shoppers in stores. Reaching nearly 1 in 4 American adults, our network is paving the way for a growing part of the advertising market: digital in-store mediaWe’re hiring a Revenue Operations Coordinator to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Accounts. This role will initially focus on supporting sales planning, but as you implement streamlined processes, you’ll grow into a strategic partner.

Responsibilities

Sales Planning


  • Own and evolve the process for RFP documentation and submittals.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, Data, and Finance teams on client proposals, presentations, and contract management.
  • Research contacts, marketing collateral, and relevant articles to give tailored content to an account.
  • Serve as a contact for media partners and back-up to clients for Account Executives.
  • Coordinate client engagements and events to supplement larger-scale marketing activities.

Ad Operations


  • Create an internal content policy and handle + train contractors on creative approvals.
  • Streamline campaign management, including monitoring pacing, reporting, and creating mock-ups + POPs.
  • Provide direct support to local sales partners on campaign set-up and execution

Revenue Operations


  • Partner with Revenue Operations Manager and Sales to ensure the CRM is up-to-date.
  • Assess the value of inbound and event leads by responding and allocating as needed.
  • As you grow and evolve the role, you’ll also have the opportunity to own inbound leads and implement touchpoint automation for lead nurturing.

Qualifications


  • You have 2-3 years of experience in media planning or operations for a startup
  • You have technical experience with Hubspot, Retool, Looker, or similar tools.
  • You bring an analytical mind and strong quantitative skills.
  • You collaborate proactively with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple projects.
  • You’re organized and composed even in the face of shifting priorities.
  • You’re a skilled communicator who values transparency and conciseness.
  • You enjoy a hybrid work environment. 
  • Nice-to-have: You’re passionate and knowledgeable about the grocery industry and retail media.

Compensation


As a part of our commitment to transparency, we use a market-based formula that provides consistency across roles & experience levels and publish all of our compensation data internally for our team. We’re open to a range of experience levels for this position. Here are the annual salaries for each level:

  • Level 2: RevOps Coordinator $85,000
  • Level 3: Sr. RevOps Coordinator $101,000

In our initial conversation, we’ll discuss what level best aligns with your experience.
