Rupa makes lab testing simple. We turn an archaic 15-hour-a-week process into a delightful 15-minute task for practitioners ordering lab testing for their patients.Lab testing is the key to a more personalized and holistic approach to medicine, and Rupa is paving the way with critical infrastructure for this next generation of healthcare. Through Rupa, practitioners can order specialty testing, such as DNA testing, microbiome testing, advanced fertility and hormone testing, blood labs, and more.This comprehensive and personalized approach to healthcare is the missing piece for the millions of people suffering from complex, chronic health conditions.
Rather than band-aid solutions, practitioners utilize our platform to understand, diagnose, and treat the root cause of people’s health issues through testing. At Rupa, we are building the infrastructure to make this root-cause approach the standard of care for every person on the planet. 🌎
📋 What This Role Will Own 📋
As our Product Designer, you'll be the visionary behind our user experience, orchestrating everything from initial concepts to final implementation. Here’s what you’ll own:
- Design Mastery:
Lead the entire design process for our core product, from discovery to delivery.
- Creative Leadership:
Regularly propose innovative design solutions that align with our mission.
- Collaborative Excellence:
Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, incorporating feedback to elevate our product design.
- Communication Wizard:
Maintain crystal-clear communication with our team, ensuring your designs speak as clearly as your words.
- Quality Advocate:
Uphold the highest design quality standards, ensuring our products are functional and delightful.
🔍 Hard Requirements 🔍
- Professional Experience:
At least three years in product design, preferably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills:
Expertise in UI/UX design and proficiency in Figma; Webflow knowledge is a plus.
- Passion for Healthcare:
A deep understanding and interest in healthcare, particularly in personalized and root-cause medicine.
