About the role
As a Recruiter at All The Hires, you will be a crucial part of our talent project execution team, responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying and engaging top-tier candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to build high-performing teams. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organisation's growth and success.
You will contribute by:
Managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Utilising various sourcing strategies, including online channels, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships, to identify and attract top talent.
Working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Contributing to the development and enhancement of our employer brand to attract top talent and promote a positive image of the organization.
Using recruitment metrics and analytics to assess and improve the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
You will bring with you:
Must-haves
Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a senior role, 3+ years.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Nice-to-haves
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Additional experience in process automation, digital marketing, data analysis, or corporate training is a plus.
