We're seeking a talented Product Designer proficient in UI and UX to join our team and help shape the design of our products and related outreach. Working closely with our Product Managers, Customers, Sales, and other partners, you'll have the opportunity to create compelling designs that will shape the future of Motorq. Responsibilities
As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for:
Simplifying complex workflows into intuitive design solutions that meet user needs and business goals
Communicating design choices effectively through storytelling, wireframing, and prototyping
Conducting user testing and usability analysis proactively to improve the product
Defining the design strategy and vision for the product by leveraging user research and feedback from customers and internal stakeholders
Influencing product and engineering leadership to prioritize design problems and ensure they are included in the roadmap
Managing tasks independently, handling multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision, and completing them in a timely manner
Fostering a culture of innovation and curiosity to test new ideas and drive business results

You would be ideal for the role if you have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or other related field
4+ years of experience in product design or related field (including experience designing enterprise products)
Deep knowledge of design principles and methods
